not that you’d need a specific reason to make pancakes but the weekend is around the corner which makes it extra nice to enjoy a long, cozy breakfast with some soft buttermilk pancakes with raspberries.

How are you guys? I hope everyone is fine and healthy! If you are looking for some healthy & delicious breakfast inspo I have something good for you: chia overnight oats with pb and bananas.
1/3 cup chia seeds
2/3 cup oats
1 2/3 cups oat milk
1/3 cup water
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add everything to a bowl, stir and refrigerate overnight. Add more oat milk the next day if you want it creamier. Enjoy with peanut or almond butter and bananas.

Heute hab ich ein leckeres und schnelles Frühstücksrezept für euch, das euch gesund und voller Energie in den Tag starten lässt. 🙂
(1 Tasse = ca. 240 ml)
1/3 Tasse Chiasamen
2/3 Tassen Haferflocken
1 2/3 Tassen Hafermilch
1/3 Tasse Wasser
1-2 EL Ahornsirup
1/2 TL Vanilleextrakt
Alles vermischen und über Nacht in den Kühlschrank stellen. Am nächsten Tag mehr Hafermilch unterrühren, wenn du es cremiger magst. Mit Erdnuss- oder Mandelmus und Bananen servieren.

Another simple breakfast inspo, perfect to prepare the night before:
mango purée, chia pudding, yoghurt and passion fruit. 💛

CHIA PUDDING:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 1/4 cup oat milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes. Give it a stir again. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or over night.

Es kann sich nur mehr um Tage handeln, bis wir endlich unseren kleinen Zwerg kennen lernen dürfen. 🥰 Noch scheint er sich aber sehr wohl zu fühlen in meinem Bauch. Mal schauen, wann er sich entscheidet zu kommen. 😊
Bis dahin gehe ich es ziemlich ruhig an, weshalb meine heiß geliebten Frühstücke simpel ausfallen.
So wie zum Beispiel dieses leckere Kokosjoghurt mit Beeren und einem Mix aus verschiedenen Nüssen und Samen. 💕
