This is how my Sunday looked like. We had waffles for breakfast, dessert and as snacks in between.
Cause when there’s freshly baked waffles in tha house it’s impossible not to think about them, and when you think about them it’s impossible not to eat at least one.

Zum Frühstück mit Bananen und Schokoaufstrich, zur Nachspeise mit Topfencreme und Birnenkompott und als Snack pur vom Teller. 😍 .

After a few relaxing days in Tyrol filled with hiking, spa and SO MUCH good food we are back home in Salzburg.
Since we are so spoiled now with just getting up and grabbing breakfast I will keep it simple tomorrow: yoghurt, granola and some fruits. 🙂

I brought the fall into my kitchen today. This moist pumpkin loaf cake is loaded with all the flavors I’m craving right now: cinnamon, pumpkin, cardamom, brown sugar, walnuts,... Since it’s both a cake and kinda like a bread I enjoy it all day long. 😜
