A simple peanut butter jelly jar ***winter edition*** So yummy! 😍

CHIA PUDDING:
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup oat milk
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup
-> Mix all ingredient together, stir again after 5 and 10 minutes to avoid clumps. Refrigerate for an hour or over night.

Heat up 4 tbsp peanut butter just as long until it’s soft and mix with 1 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp cardamom.
Devide chia pudding, plain yoghurt, peanut butter and your favorite jam (I used raspberry) to two jars. Enjoy!

Heute hab ich ein ganz simples und wahnsinnig leckeres Frühstücksrezept für euch: Chiapudding mit Zimt-Erdnussbutter und Marmelade.

CHIAPUDDING
1/4 Tasse (ca. 60 ml) Chiasamen
3/4 Tasse Hafermilch
1/2 Tasse Naturjoghurt
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
1 EL Ahornsirup
-> Alle Zutaten verrühren. Nach 5 und 10 Minuten einmal gut umrühren, um Klumpen zu vermeiden. Eine Stunde oder über Nacht im Kühlschrank kalt stellen.

4 EL Erdnussbutter in einem Topf erwärmen, damit sie flüssig wird. Mit 1 TL Ahornsirup, 1/2 TL Zimt und 1/4 TL Kardamom verrühren.
Chiapudding, (Vanille-)Joghurt, Erdnussbutter und deine Lieblingsmarmelade auf zwei Gläser aufteilen. Fertig. 🙂

Guess it speaks for itself. ✨
1 cup oats
2 cups oat milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of salt
✨
Bring everything to a boil and let simmer for a few minutes. Add more oat milk if desired.
Grill the bananas in 1 tbsp coconut oil a few minutes on each side until golden.
Serve the porridge with the bananas and nut butter.

mit karamellisierten Bananen
🧡
1 Tasse (ca. 250 ml) Haferflocken
2 Tassen Hafermilch
1 EL Ahornsirup
1/2 TL Zimt
1/2 TL Vanilleextrakt
1/4 TL Kardamom
1/4 TL Ingwerpulver
1 Prise Muskat
1 Prise Salz
🧡
Alles in einen Topf geben, einmal aufkochen lassen. Ein paar Minuten dahin köcheln, dabei immer wieder umrühren. Nach Wunsch noch etwas Hafermilch nachgeben.
Währenddessen die Bananen in 1 EL Kokosöl auf beiden Seiten goldbraun braten.
Porridge mit den Bananen und Nussmus servieren.
