Cinnamon Chocolate Porridge – One of my favourite soulfoods for breakfast. A healthy and super delicious way to keep you full until lunch.

Instructions
  1. Put oats, water, oat milk and salt in a pot. Bring to the boil once and then switch back to the middle level. Simmer for 10 minutes until a creamy porridge is formed. Switch off the stove and set the porridge aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Divide the porridge into 2 bowls. Mix 2 tbsp oat milk with the cocoa powder and stir into one half. Mix the cinnamon into the second half.
  3. Divide the cinnamon porridge into 2 glasses, add 1 tablespoon almond butter and spread the chocolate porridge on top. Enjoy warm with roasted nuts or your favourite toppings.
