The Porridge is prepared in only 15 minutes and sates in the tastiest way until lunch. Enjoy it warm with nut butter or top it with your favorite ingredients. Here are some of my favorites:

  • roasted almonds
  • dark chocolate chips (at least 75% cacao)
  • cacao nibs
  • fresh berries
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • crunchy granola

  • 1,2 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1,5 cups oat milk or almond milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp oat milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Instructions
  1. Put oats, water, oat milk and salt in a pot. Bring to the boil once and then switch back to the middle level. Simmer for 10 minutes until a creamy porridge is formed. Switch off the stove and set the porridge aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Divide the porridge into 2 bowls. Mix 2 tbsp oat milk with the cocoa powder and stir into one half. Mix the cinnamon into the second half.
  3. Divide the cinnamon porridge into 2 glasses, add 1 tablespoon almond butter and spread the chocolate porridge on top. Enjoy warm with roasted nuts or your favourite toppings.
