Ingredients
  • 220g chocolatemelted
  • 1/2cup Buttermelted
  • 1/2cup brown sugar
  • 1/4cup corn starch
  • 1/4cup cacao powder
  • 4medium organic eggs
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 3/4cup walnutsor pecans; choped
  • 1handfull fresh raspberriesoptional
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8×8 inch (20x20cm) pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the butter, dark chocolate and sugar together in a bowl until well combined. Allow to cool a few minutes before adding the eggs.
  3. Whisk in the eggs until smooth and combined, but don’t overmix.
  4. Mix in the cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped nuts.
  6. Pour into the pan and top with the raspberries (optional). Bake for 28-30 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
