Ingredients
overnight oats
  • 2/3cup oats
  • 1 1/3cup oat milkor any other milk
  • 2tbsp flax seeds
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
  • 2tsp cinnamon
hazelnut sesame topping
  • 1small hand full hazelnutsroughly cut
  • 2tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
roasted apples
  • 1 applecut in slices
  • 1tbsp coconut oil
topping
  • nut butter
  • cinnamon
  • maple syrup
Instructions
  1. In a jar or bowl combine the oats, oat milk, flax seeds, chia seeds, syrup and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Before serving add hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coconut oil and maple syrup to a hot pan. Roast for a few minutes until caramelized. Put on a plate while roasting the apple: add another tbsp of coconut oil to a pan and roast the apple slices for 2-3 minutes each side until slightly golden.
  3. Serve the chilled overnight oats with the nut topping, apple slices, almond butter, cinnamon and more maple syrup (optional).
