My favorite basic recipe for Vanilla Overnight Oats
The best BASIC recipe for classic vanilla overnight oats. The ideal breakfast for those who need a quick break. Delicious, healthy, satisfying, YUM!

Ingredients
Vanilla Overnight Oats
  • 2cups oats(I used quick oats)
  • 2,5cups almond milkunsweetened
  • 0,5cups vanilla yoghurt
  • 3tbsp maple syrup
  • 1,5tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 3tbsp almond butter
  • fresh berries and fruits
  • nuts, seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Stir the next morning and add some more maple syrup or vanilla yoghurt if you want.
  3. Divide into bowls and top each with a tablespoonful of almond butter, fresh fruits, nuts and seeds.
