Ingredients
Vanilla Overnight Oats
- 2 cups oats (I used quick oats)
- 2,5 cups almond milk unsweetened
- 0,5 cups vanilla yoghurt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1,5 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- fresh berries and fruits
- nuts, seeds

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Stir the next morning and add some more maple syrup or vanilla yoghurt if you want.
- Divide into bowls and top each with a tablespoonful of almond butter, fresh fruits, nuts and seeds.
