mind-blowing chocolate tahini tart | no bake
This mind-blowing chocolate tahini tart melts on the tongue! It is made from only 6 ingredients, is ready in less than 15 minutes, incredibly creamy and loaded with chocolate.

Ingredients
crust
  • 30pieces oreo cookiesor other chocolate cookies with filling
  • 10ounces (whole grain) graham crackersvegan if preferred
  • 1/3cup coconut oilmelted
  • 1pinch of salt
chocolate tahin creme
  • 10ounces bittersweet chocolate (at least 60% cacao)vegan if preferred
  • 1 1/2cups full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/3cup tahini
  • 2tbsp maple syrupoptional
topping
  • fresh fruits (f. e. figs)optional
Instructions
  1. For the crust, put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until a fine, sand-like consistency is obtained. Press the dough firmly into the tart mould, also along the edge. Refrigerate while you prepare the cream.
  2. TIP: If the mixture is too “creamy”, simply put it in the fridge for 10 minutes and then press it into the mould.
  3. For the chocolate filling, place chocolate and coconut milk in a saucepan and melt at medium heat. Stir with a whisk. When the chocolate is completely melted, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the tahini. Pour the cream into the tart. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
  4. Garnish with fruits and serve cold (!).
