Fruit loaded breakfast muffins are a great alternative to a standard breakfast. They are full of juicy fruit pieces like apples and berries, which makes them SO delicious. Even after three days!
These muffins are perfect for when you don’t have time in the morning to spread a toast or cook porridge. Simply open the fridge and take them out!
You can also freeze them perfectly and defrost them piece by piece.
The fruit loaded breakfast muffins taste best slightly warm. I either put them in the oven (100°C) for a few minutes or (without muffin paper) on a toaster for a short time.
Enjoy them pure, with jam, maple syrup or with some butter and honey (my favorite!!).
