Ingredients
  • 2cups rolled oats(200 g)
  • 1cup spelt flakesor rolled oats (100 g)
  • 1cup millet flakesor rolled oats (100 g)
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 80g maple syrup
  • 80g flax seeds
  • 90g coconut oil
  • 3tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 0,5tsp cardamomoptional
  • 0,5tsp salt
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 130°C / 270°F top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Melt the coconut oil gently. Stir in the maple syrup.
  3. Finely grind 100 g oat flakes in a blender (The oat powder will make your granola super crunchy). Mix them with the remaining dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in the liquid and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking paper and press down a little. Bake for about 35-40 minutes. Turn once after 15 minutes of baking and press the granola down again with a spatula.
  5. Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it into pieces. Since it only becomes crunchy when cold, the result is really nice clusters.
  6. Store in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 weeks.
