Easy Peasy Almond Bliss Balls
Easy Peasy Nut Bliss Balls. This recipe is one of my favorite in the Energy Balls recipe repertoire. Superfood in dessert form!

  • 100g finely grated almonds
  • 150g almond butteror peanut butter
  • 60g date syrup
  • 1tbsp cocoa powderoptional
  • 1/2tbsp cinnamonoptional
  • 1pinch of salt
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spatula to a homogeneous dough. If the mixture is too soft, simply add some grated nuts. If it is too firm, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Form the dough into small balls. If you like, you can leave it as it is or roll it in cocoa powder afterwards.
  3. Store the Almond Bliss Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.
