Easy Peasy Almond Bliss Balls
Easy Peasy Nut Bliss Balls. This recipe is one of my favorite in the Energy Balls recipe repertoire. Superfood in dessert form!
finely grated almonds
or peanut butter
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with a spatula to a homogeneous dough. If the mixture is too soft, simply add some grated nuts. If it is too firm, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
Form the dough into small balls. If you like, you can leave it as it is or roll it in cocoa powder afterwards.
Store the Almond Bliss Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use within 2 weeks.
