Dalgona Coffee – THE it-drink this summer! The refreshing version is served on cold milk and ice cubes. As soon as the days get colder, the creamy coffee foam tastes best on hot milk.
If you feel like having double coffee, freeze coffee ice cubes a few hours before serving.
Dalgona coffee is a delicious change from the usual iced coffee we all love.
The preparation is super easy and quick. All you need is a good instant coffee powder (optionally decaffeinated), sugar and hot water. Put these three ingredients in equal parts in a bowl and mix them with a hand blender or a whisk for about one minute until creamy and silky.
Dalgona coffee tastes best on ice-cold milk and ice cubes. But now that the cooler season is beginning, the coffee foam is also veryyy delicious with hot milk.

- 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 300 ml cold milk
- ice cubes optional coffee ice cubes
- Add coffee powder, water and sugar to a bowl. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whisk until smooth and silky.
- Serve on cold milk and ice cubes. Enjoy right away!
