crunchy vanilla seed granola
This crunchy vanilla seed granola is made out of a few simple ingredients that are mixed in a bowl and then baked. It’s insanely easy to prepare and not only delicious, but it also provides you with a good portion of energy!

Ingredients
  • 3cups oats
  • 1cup mixed seeds(i. e. sunflower, chia, flax seeds)
  • 1/3cup coconut oilmelted
  • 1/4cup maple syrup
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C / 338°F.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Empty the liquid into the dry ingredients and mix evenly.
  3. Empty the granola onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Press down a little.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for about 20-23 minutes until golden brown. After 15 minutes of baking time, carefully turn the granola with a spatula so that it is well baked all around. Try not to fully break it into pieces. This way you’ll have some nice clusters in the end.
  5. Allow to cool completely. Once cold, the granola will be crunchy. Store in a covered container and use within 2 weeks.
