Cranberry Walnut Cream Cheese Truffles
Easy peasy, super creamy Cranberry Walnut Cream Cheese Truffles. All it takes are a few ingredients and 30 minutes to make!

Ingredients
Cream Cheese Truffles
  • 150g goat cream cheese
  • 150g feta cheese
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 30g walnuts
  • 1tbsp honey
Topping
  • dried cranberries
  • fresh parsley
  • walnuts
  • honey
Instructions
  1. Chop the nuts and roast them dry in a pan for a few minutes until they start to smell. Remove the pan from the heat, pour the nuts into a bowl and allow to cool completely.
  2. Put the goat cheese and feta in a bowl. Crush with a fork to a homogeneous mass. Add 30 g roasted nuts, cinnamon and honey and mix until combined.
  3. Form approx. 12 balls from the mass. Place on a plate and refrigerate for a few minutes.
  4. During this time, clean and finely chop the parsley and finely chop the cranberries. Mix the parsley, cranberries and the remaining nuts in a bowl.
  5. Roll the balls in the cranberry mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve with honey. Enjoy!
