1 2/3cupsoat milkor your favorite milk + eventually 1-2 tbsp syrup
Add all ingredients for the porridge to a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then switch back to medium heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes until creamy. Stir regularly.
While the porridge is simmering heat another pan. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices about 5 mm thick. Add the maple syrup, coconut oil, sesame seeds and the bananas to the pan. Fry for about 3 minutes each side until golden brown.
Divide the porridge into bowls. Top with the caramelized bananas, almond butter, cinnamon and the chopped nuts. Enjoy warm.
